Former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced Wednesday to six months in jail for failing to complete community service and alcohol monitoring as part of her probation from a previous drunk driving incident. Rodriguez was ordered to do community service She is ordered to appear on Christmas Eve to serve her sentence
Rodriguez was on three years probation after pleading no contest to hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license and drunken driving in connection with two incidents in Hollywood in 2003.
She violated her probation when she was arrested in Hawaii on a drunken driving charge in 2005.
Rodriguez was ordered to spend 60 days in jail, but served less than a day because of jail overcrowding in May 2006. She was then ordered to perform community service and remain on probation until June 2009.
Michelle Rodriguez will go to jail for DUI.

is really unfair that u see these other actress like Britney, Paris and all the other actresses that get away with drinking wile driving and doing stuff so much worse and they get away with it. How come? what there doing with Michelle Rodriguez is not fair at all am not saying she’s innocent but if she’s paying for things she’s done and taking responsibility for it, I think others should pay for what they have done. I say this not only because Michelle is my idol and am a huge fan but because its not fair that Latinas and black pay for stuff that they let others get away with this is a discrimination and its just not fair but soon their will be a revolution and am letting all them people, actress and actors that have been treated unfairly that they have fans, that will support them and will not stay quiet. LET MICHELLE RODRIGUEZZ GOO!!! OR MAKE OTHERS PAY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE ASWELL!!
